Race training

Improve your technique in slalom and giant slalom racing...

  • Whether its your first experience of racing or you are looking to prepare for your Etoile d’or or Ski d’or tests this course will help you achieve your goal and improve your technique
  • With 4.5 hours of training each day over 6 days (Sunday to Friday) you will work towards the ESF test at the end of the week, giving you a national ranking
  • You must have “Fleche d'Argent” (Argent award or equivalent) to enter the course
  • Helmet and back protection is compulsory.

National test for the "étoile d'or" and "ski d'or" levels.

Are you between 10 and 18 years old ?
Do you have the ability to smash the clock in the Fleche and Chamois races this year ?
If so we are offering the best racers the opportunity to represent ESF LES HOUCHES at the nationals and to take on others repetitors of the same age from around the country.
The ESF will take care of everything including transport, accomodation and managements at the events.
