The movements, smooth and graceful, are very similar to those of skiing but require slightly more effort. Telemark skiing is accessible from the class 2 level and will teach you how to genuflect graciously. The lessons will allow you to quickly enjoy the slopes, the powdery snow or even the snowpark in a brand new way by the side of a passionate esf Les Houches instructor.
